Our support team has been collecting useful feedback from users in Open Ears event and other channels, which have helped us improve your support experience. Our support and platform teams got together recently to analyze your feedback. We came up with a completely new visual and user-friendly design which includes a new support home page, shopping FAQs, troubleshooting, “track my repair”, product help, software upgrades etc. We have also added a user manual page and a new search function so that you can easily find the information you're looking for. To start, we are updating 24 major English regional pages. We invite our OnePlus community to fill out a quick survey for the new support page [Here]. You can also share your feedback via our support channels. We’re not stopping there! Our team will continue focusing on user feedback to develop and improve the support services.
