Abysmal sequential write performance

Recently I noticed that performance of my op3 became worse than it used to be. Apps install time increased dramatically, Google calendar app started to lag and stutter. As well as Google inbox app.
Because of first symptom I ran androbench storage benchmark to find out that sequential write speed is only 18,8MB/s. Original op3 reviews show 80-90MB/s seq. write.
What could cause such speed degradation and could it be fixed somehow?

Yeeps... Do factory reset or complete reset after data backup... This will change your file system to f2fs which much more faster than ext4.. I experienced huge speed gain with f2fs on my op3

OK, I was going to do factory reset but not sure if it will help. BTW, what is the right way to do it? Should I use Backup & reset - Factory data reset menu or wipe phone using recovery?

BTW, I already have f2fs as I wiped my phone several oxygen is releases before. So I afraid that it is internal flash that degraded over 1,5 years, not the file system.

I don't know if it makes any difference but I'd recommend you to perform a complete factory reset from recovery.
and, about flash memory, my op3 was almost a year old and I kind used to flash new ROMs a lot. To give you a fair idea, I can swear that it was more than 600 times easily. Yes, I know that flash memory keeps on getting slower due to excessive writing day after day but it was still good enough not to make me feel whether my OP3 was getting significantly slower.
I've read on a thread on XDA that F2FS filesystem has some issues that degrades the performance noticeably.

    You've flashed 600 ROMs?

Yeah that's what I was thinking. Two flashes a day, everyday which means you'd have to flash each ROM at least twice a week or so. Which would be really strange. I, like your good self, smell BS.

I know it sounds strange but I'm what many people call a flashoholics or something like that and at that time my OP3 wasn't my primary device. I've bricked my device a few times as well and one time it was so serious that I'd to visit a service centre.

I used to tinker with a lot of things, specially substratum and loads of custom kernels. That's why it'd probably won't boot up and stuff.

Latest OP3 update, may need a factory reset OP. Now if only I can figure out my battery problem
