Have you updated your device to OxygenOS 12?
If yes, do you know how to access to Private Safe?

I have this same issue since updating to 12 yesterday and this FAQ lists nothing about accessing hidden apps. Before the update I could use the two finger method to open them and that no longer works and the open the app drawer and swipe no longer works.

This is from Oppo site but as i understand it that's how it works on Oxygen OS12 now too (if i'm not mistaken)
Maybe give it a try and see how it goes

Yes, it does. You would need to read the 2nd Q&A properly.

It does not work, it just hangs and says invalid USSD code.

Honestly if that is the only way to access them then that is such a huge step backwards I am not sure I would even consider that a useful feature anymore.

I can open the "private safe" as described in the 2nd Q&A and it does not show my hidden apps.. it lists Images and videos, Audio, Documents and Other files.
