in fastmode it shouldn't been shown like that r u sure you are in fastboot mode ? it seems you just connected your device after turning on..

if it is under potable device A3003 means you connected your phone after turning on.

are you using oneplus or leeco mobile as it detected as leeco mobile in fastboot .. right-click on the driver and check on delete this driver . after then unstall it .. then you can reinstall oneplus driver first then adb 1.4.3 it would work or you can manually select the driver https://www.technobuzz.net/setup-adb-fastboot-drivers-for-nexus-oneplus-samsung-or-any-android/

or you can use this to install driver

Have you enabled mtp mode in Mount options? Enable mtp mode and then connect your phone to PC not the other way around!

    Thank you @sakearzoo & @BeingIncog

Here is how I fixed it:

My laptop did not have the correct "USB Composite Device" driver.

Here is what I did and I am not sure if all these steps were necessary:

    1. Installed wpdmtp.inf as per the following (I am not sure if this was necessary):

    Screenshot_20180223-230838.jpg

    2. Opened Device Manager on my laptop
    3. There was an entry called Android Device
    4. Right click/ Properties/ USB Composite Device/ Select/ Update Drivers
    5. This added a new entry called USB Composite Device under Universal Serial Bus Controllers

My phone now appears both under Devices and Printers as well as shows up on Windows Explorer. I can access (read/ write) files on my device even when booted to recovery.

Special thanks to @BeingIncog for correctly pointing to the likely cause of the problem and for providing the correct search links.
