You'd better search for a definition of piracy, it has nothing to do with skipping ads.

The regular addblock does nothing or almost nothing.

True. And besides that, I don't see why every topic about adblockers has to be turned into a moral one.

True, and they have the "allow non-irritating ads" policy which helps goods websites increase their revenue!

If u use the app ur going to have to root. If u use internet browsers to watch youtube then I recommend using google chrome or firefox.

You're right that's the wrong word to use, my bad! But would you not agree that because of Adblock, especially on YouTube, that companies and more importantly individual people are being directly robbed because someone can't wait five seconds before some videos???

Another misdefinition. Robbing means that you take property of someone after he has received it, not before. But indeed, me not watching a video means less money for Google and somewhat less money for the creator of the video. However, my problem with YouTube ads is that they are too long and displayed too often. Of course this does not give me the right to use an adblocker, but I see it as giving off a signal to YouTube/Google to change their ad behaviour.

PS: I wish ads took five seconds, most take more than half a minute and you can't skip them after a few seconds on your phone.

Of course you have a right to use an adblocker. Why should ANYONE else get to tell you what you download to your computer? Of course, youtube have a right to detect adblockers and not let you view unless you see the ad, but my computer is MY computer!
