    Hello Oxygen team
Just wanted to ask if there is possibility to add more features to the UI because I switched from Samsung to One plus recently, and although price is not so much cheaper compared to Samsung, I notice plenty of features missing in the Oxygen OS when compared to Samsung UX.
I want to ask some features below if developers can add:

    1. More themes and UI changes and fonts.
    2. More camera features and tools.
    3. More and more updated basic tools like Phone, Messages, File Manager, and other inbuilt tools (Samsung on the other side is updating them very frequently and adding useful features day by day, while Oxygen Os is using these tools that there released since day one back in 2016 or 2017.
    4. And many other improvements which you can do so that I am not dissatisfied with the switch that I made to OnePlus recently

    With best regards

This is a user community forum and not your portal to ask OnePlus for new "feature".
Item 1 -3 had already been discussed before and answered. Please use search.
Item 4 is your opinion but I disagree. But I'm sure you will probably argue about it. Let me stop you here and Lets agree to disagree.

Oneplus take a more minimalist stock like approach to their software, so the things you're requesting aren't going to happen. I'd switch back to Samsung if I were you, I think you'll be much happier then as you sound like the kind of person who likes a more feature packed phone.

I am surely going back to Samsung again very soon, cause I upgraded to Android Pie 9 and see some good improvements, but in 3 days I needed to format all my phone for a big bug which is present at Android pie 9 when you start a game and gaming mode is activated then capacitive buttons dead. Now as I am speaking for the second time they are dead as soon as I installed a game. I am firstly downgeading now to Android 8 first, but I have so many jobs now to setup everything in its place again.

When it happened first time I was going mad, but now at least i know that it is a bug coming from gaming mode, recently added to the Android pie 9

That's not a bug it's a feature. It's intended so you don't accidentally hit them and close out a game while you're playing it. If you don't like it you can turn it off in the gaming mode settings. Sucks that you formatted your phone over that lol.

How you are going to turn that feature off when it is a bug. I tried every possible option there but the buttons are not reacting anymore after that?
I needed to restart phone many times until I got rid of the bug and downgraded to oreo 8 now

Both of you are partly wrong. In the most part, OnePlus dev or bug hunter don't read user forums. However, on occasion, they do on some bigger issues.(Which is extremely rare) This thread, however, they wouldn't read.

I found that I had the first release of 9.0.0 which was buggy, now I upgraded again - but to 9.0.2 and hope that will not have that disastrous blockage of all the capacitive keys.

Another bug which I immediately encounter on Pie 9 is Roboform not detecting anything to fill while it was perfectly working in Oreo 8

It really sounds to me like you want a different phone, so just buy a different phone. Buy a Samsung that lets you do all that stuff
