    Try the following, except this time, only reintroduce your apps slowly, 2 to 3 at a time directly from the Playstore. This is to check if an app or apps are conflicting, causing the restarts. If you find the offending app or apps, remove it, them. Hopefully that will resolve the issue.

    Also update to 10.3.4 once it becomes available to you. See if that also helps.

    Do a full Erase/Delete All Data factory reset.

    This will restore you to a fresh installation of Android. So you will need to backup your phone.

    After Backing up the phone.

    Go to Settings,
    System,
    Reset Options,
    Enable Erase Internal Storage.

    Then click on the Delete All Data button.
