    Search for Biometric in settings,
    You will find something like com.qualcomm..

    Click on it,
    Storage and cache
    Clear the storage

    Restart your phone once after that and try again to register fingerprint.

    The com.qualcomm... is no longer found in settings under system apps. People keep pushing this recommendation, but either OnePlus removed it with a previous update or Google did.

    I have the same problem on my OnePlus Nord

    The sensor recognizes the fingerprints when recording them but then neither in the unlocking nor in the applications does it work.

    If you try to record the same fingerprint again, it indicates that that fingerprint has already been registered.

    Everything indicates that it is a software problem and this has been happening since the last update 11.1.7.7.

    Please find a solution, it's very annoying!!
