Android Pie has a great app management system that will optimize the most frequent apps that you use and throttle apps that you rarely use.

That's not AI and it's actually a feature added way back in 7.0

Android introduced a feature called "inactive apps" in 7.0 which told android what to do when an app isn't opened for a specified number of days

Or more specifically, it tells android to delete the dalvik-cache of that app and tells the system to use JIT and the interpreter instead of keeping AOT compiled classes to save disk space

Controlled by a flag specified here https://github.com/GlassROM/android...f8b0aa25/target/product/runtime_libart.mk#L86

With android P Google went ahead and simply changed this code to never even allow an inactive app to run

Is that AI? I think not

Or maybe you're dumb, fall for sales pitches for something that is obviously not plausible and don't know how to read code either to understand their dirty tricks

Just so you know, many devices that shipped with android 7 will get 9 as part of their 2 year upgrade program and none of them have AI features. I don't see a single mention of Google disabling said new features on these devices

That's because these features never used AI in the first place
