Alarms not accessible after A10 update Oct 17, 2019

I am unable to access my alarms since updating to android 10. When I get to the alarm screen, I cannot add new alarms, alter existing ones or delete. The screen non-responsive.

I've restarted the phone already

Anybody else having the same issue? Thanks.
