Honestly I think that is just a bit too "loose", mine moves less than your but still wiggle.
It normally moves by half a millimetre, your moves much more than that so there could be a problem but I am not 100% sure, it could still be in "factory safe range". Try to conctact OP via chat or email, explain them the problem and most important show them the video.

Thanks for the reply, The wiggle happens only when the alert slider in middle state not wiggle at when it's in either corners

Well that's because it has more room in both directions while when it is in the upper and lower positions it is blocked.
This also means that it could be broken and not faulted by factory. How long has this problem been showing? Since you bought the phone or later?

I think that this could be a "factory fault" unit, so it left the factory already broken.
Try to contact directly OP because this should be under warranty.

No, I didn't went service center just yet. because my country don't have any service centers and I have imported the phone from different country. by the way alert slider feels still same as before with usage. I think it won't be much of a issue.

I think so, of course you don't feel good even knowing that you have that little problem, it's a mental thing, but in practical terms I am pretty sure that you won't have any issue and it will work just perfect.
As I said it's just a psychological problem, like when you have a little tiny scratch on the phone, nobody can even see it but you know it's there...

just so that everyone who is worrying about this issue is aware.. i checked my colleague's oneplus 7 in office today and the alert slider on that also is slightly wobbly.. so i guess there are some acceptable tolerance limits for the 'wobble' and as long as the slider works as intended.. we shouldn't worry!

I check this issue with one of the OnePlus engineer and he said that if there's any issue with alert slider function that means we need contact service center else it would no issue at all and also he said his phone also has same wiggle on alert slider.
