They sent me a prepaid label for DHL and i'm from the UK.

The weirdest part of the whole thing was the phone was sent from London when I bought it but for the RMA it went to Poland.

With the kind of bugs and issues OP handsets have with the worst software and support. You may have to give away the handsets for free. People may stop buying a OP handset even at reduced prices.

I recently received my OnePlus X and asked for the refund but was told that my order date was in April. The delivery date is May 18. Therefore, refund was not provided but since the delivery was recent, I am allowed to return it for a full refund ))
