    Hi
    @Sat Kand @Ignacio Contreras
    My question to you:
How 5G technology is critical for India...As Indian business drives by COST.
As a end user for me the price matter
Most of the phones doesn't support 5G.

    Hello @Sat K and @Ignacio Contreras

    Here are my questions,
    1. 5G leads to faster data, faster the data, more data can be transferred.
How will IoT Technologies will evolve in future along with 5G technology?
    2. I'm from India. Usually we have 4G connection, even if we have a 4G connection and have a good coverage, usually we will get around 2-3 Mbps of speed which is not an average speed for 4G data transfer.
Will it change anyway soon if they started to implement 5G?

    Thank you,
    Vijay.

In India, 1 GB of 3G Data Pack with 1 month Validity used to cost ₹250 (approx. $4) till 2016. But, with Introduction of 4G, We're able to get 42 GB (1.5 GB per day) per month at ₹150 (approx. $2) making an effective price of ₹3.6 ($0.05) per GB of 4G data with unlimited calls.
That's a kinda revolution in pricing and completely changed the lifestyle of Indians. Everybody can watch movies, Live Cricket Matches while travelling in bus or train. Use of OTT Platforms saw a great rise in last 3 years, Mobile Payments, Video Calling and the list goes on.

So, My question to @Sat K (Are you an Indian? If so, Can you tell your full name too?) @Ignacio Contreras is, How will the introduction of 5G in a developing country like India change the lifestyle of people?

@Ignacio Contreras My question is: Could 5G be the final frontier of networking in mobile space as it seems almost impossible to pack such a massive amount of data in a mmWave already and to make it travel a decent distance? Do you believe we are about to smash into a very big wall with the final implementation of 5G?

5G, why it is game changer? why it is different this time i.e 3G & 4G were also launched with the same enthusiasm. so what 5G has unique here?

Also, is 5G an open source technology i.e. anyone can make 5G compatible devices just like what x86 Intel platform done for computing?

Why should I go for a 5G phone after paying extra bucks if India is yet to venture in 5G era?

Question to @SatK @Ignacio, Give two reasons to buy 5G phone now?
Would it be like buying a new Car supporting Aviation fuel (which is not for car)..

    1. I have bee seeing some news about the risks of 5G and read somewhere that it may lead to the introduction of new cancer patients. Is enough research has been done in this field before making it available to the public?
    2. Why Qualcomm made it mandate to use the 5G modem if manufactures are using SD865?
    3. In a country like India, where 5G is yet to gear-up, we are yet leverage the complete potential of 4G, what is the relevance 5G phones here and marketing 5G?
    4. What is point in spending money for such devices, where the infrastructure is not yet ready, only because its an SD mandate?

Now a days 5G connectivity and 5G enabled devices are the hype in the market. Qualcomm surely working their best for state of the art SOCs and we have seen 865 chipset . but considering the current market scenario and the 5G network availability how much you guys think 5G devices will suffice the Market ? Network yet is not ready worldwide but cost of 5G device on higher side till date as compared to 4G . So is it worth to invest so much on 5G devices as on date ?

    Here's my question for @Sat K :

Considering India has the 2nd largest consumer base for internet, how well do you think this technology would be adopted and the timeline for it to get streamlined in India? Given the recent developments like telecom companies threatening to back out of 5g spectrum allocation in India on pricing issues, does this affect the aftermath?
