    @Christine L. My question is for you, why do we have such a limited number of official Oneplus branded cases, since the Oneplus 3, I have switched between the Carbon and Ebony Wood cases, my phone just doesn't feel like a Oneplus without the signature Ebony Wood look.
    Is there any plan to release more cases as time goes on for the Oneplus 8 pro?

    On a side note is there any chance of the ability to change the Google feed back into the Oneplus shelf being patched in software update, again, just like the case and the look of the phone, my new Oneplus 8 pro feels strange with no shelf.

    Oh, and kudos on the awesome wireless warp charger, this is my new favourite piece of technology.

    My question is; Have you considered working with other companies making phone accessories to enable them to make them to fit the OnePlus range.

    For example:
    Work with LIFEPROOF so that they can make waterproof cases for the Oneplus range of mobile phones, especially the Oneplus 7T

    mobiles have had some pretty aggressive steps in the last 24 months.

    - incredible cameras
    - high refresh screens
    - foldable options
    - highly resistant cases and glass
    - truly wireless accessories
    -5g

    these features will, like all other core aspects of what a smart devices is will converge across all the models and brands.

    what do you think could be the next step which will excite and change the landscape.of what a mobile device is?

    Same here you can get a 24 month contract but you have to pay around £60 ish a month a sales person from my local O2 store tried to get me to change to oppo but I really don't want to and from what I understand Three is the only stockist of the OnePlus 8/pro

    Hi guys, I have a question about the cases for @Christine L.,

    I noticed that OnePlus is going more for the premium sector with its 8 series but one thing I really loved about the 7 series accessories was the silicone case, other brands have it and I would love to see one for the 8 and 8 Pro. I believe it gives a different kind of protection and colour that the Sandstone and Nylon/Karbon cases don't, especially on the Pro where most cases have a huge whole in the middle that looks kind of unbalanced and unappealing compared to the silicone one and also the one that comes with it, in the box.

    So my question would be, if there are any plans to develop a silicon case like on the previous series and why do the current cases don't follow the contour of the device and sensors more accurately like the one that comes with the device?

    I hope I have put this properly and thanks for these AMA sessions!

    Is there an upcoming release for OnePlus Bluetooth Headphones am quite impressed by the bullets wireless but some of us need those banging beats, fast charging experience and also noise cancellation paired with an owesome company lable OnePlus.
    or even...A never settle ear buds....you know what a mean#neversettle.

    My question is for @Leo_Lei.

    I love my BWZ and I particularly like switching from one device to the other without tapping screens. The sound quality is amazing and for the price, I think it's excellent value for money.

    My question is about the rubber tips on the earphones. Apologies as I don't know the technical term for them but I find the in-ear tips uncomfortable in comparison to other shapes. l find they're also quite unstable when working out due to the grip and moisture. I've since replaced them with a more comfortable pair and continue to enjoy my earphones.

    Is there any wriggle room for OnePlus to offer alternative tip replacements that align with the design of the earphones but offer a range to suit the users' comfort?

    Imagine a shock proof case, with wireless charging support that can enable any person with a OnePlus to just skip it on the OnePlus and upgrade it to support wireless charging....oh and it also has a OnePlus logo at the back that lights up when the phone is lifted up or activated🤯[e]1f525[/e][e]1f632[/e].
