    @Leo Lei
What were the most important factors when designing the BWZ?

When looking into headphones I always look into the Tech specs and the difference between battery life/sound quality and extra bonuses (like ANC or touch controls)

currently I use Razer Hammerhead BT but am contemplating an upgrade to either the BWZ or a set of nuraloop.

What qualities does the BWZ have that others don't?

Thank you for holding this AMA session.

Please could you confirm that you are still committed to producing quality products at affordable prices. I am relatively new to OnePlus products and look forward to the newer models, however, I have noted your prices have leapt with the latest versions. The main reason for purchasing a OnePlus was the OS and value for money. I fear this, and your unique individuality, may be lost if you try too hard to compete with Apple/Samsung.

We've seen the OnePlus+ brand start to peek outside of the phone market and branch into accessories like the Explorer backpack. Are their any more product lines or plans in-store for brand loyal customers who want more than just a phone?

My question is for @Christine L.
Is there any thought of OnePlus itself to move into "Smart" accessories for around the home? Maybe more than a TV like thermostats or light switches etc?

@Donna L. I'm thinking of upgrading my backpack after a decade of use with the explorer backpack as I really liked the design and I really need one for college.
Before I ordered one I just wanted to know how durable is the explorer backpack , and how long is it gonna last ?

    Hi guys, thanks for organising!

@Donna L., my question is for the gear team - I love the explorer backpack. What would you say is the philosophy of OnePlus regarding travel and adventure? And what big plans have you got for us in this area?

    take care!

Hello @Zach X Thanks for providing us with this fantastic opportunity.

My question is for @Leo Lei and the question is do you consider designing a wireless set of earphones with just the earbuds to produce a more cleaner look? It may be hard to get in more battery life but the case could include wireless charging to go with the new OnePlus? Thanks

could you advise on what is the best course of action regarding ghosting (could be burn in) on my oneplus 8 pro screen on the notification bar. the battery icon (for example) remains for 24 hours even after icon removal.

could you also advise what the grey bar is on the notification bar during low light conditions

is this software or hardware related. should I send my device back as it's a hardware fault or await a software update?

Hi everyone at Oneplus and thank you!

    my question is for @Christine.L

Given we have such beautiful phones, it would be nice to have more accessories to protect them that don't hide that beauty. obviously a clear back protector comes with the 8's but its gel based.

what about a thin transparent protector for the back or even something akin to Invisishield protectors for front and back?

Imagine the interstellar, which I don't get in ther UK, with a gorgeous slimline protection that still shows off the array of colours it reflects?

    Hi @Zach X. ,

    Thanks for organizing an AMA.

My question is for @Leo Lei.

With the addition of wireless charging in the Oneplus 8 series, does this open up an opportunity for Oneplus to release their own range of truly wireless headphones including a wireless charging case? I would love that! Especially if you can offer a range of colors like the new headphones!

    Many thanks,

    Hi @Leo Lei,

I love the design of the bwz, the way they go around the neck makes it feel more like an item of clothing then just a piece of tech.

My question is how do you see the design of wireless headphones changing in the future as technology improves and batteries get smaller.

Hi there, OnePlus currently designs some really nice lifestyle gear as you mentioned, the backpack, t shirts, water bottles etc. With the world becoming increasingly more fitness orientated, is OnePlus going to expand on their current portfolio of lifestyle products and add fitness devices like a wristband perhaps?

Hi! I'm Shabbir, and you can call me a OnePlus lover! I'm rocking a 3T, still, faster most phones I've come across. enough about me. My question is, OnePlus has come a long way, a former underdog now a top choice, who has achieved great things. The trends nowadays are bezel-less and flip phones. So, what does OnePlus plan in the future or which direction is it planning to head to beat it's competitors? Just improved versions of the last models or more actual unique changes which will surprise the market? I look forward to your swift reply [e]1f60a[/e]
