    Issues that I m facing on my one plus buds pro:
    1. While talking on a google meet through laptop (sudden voice drop of opposite persons and there is inconsistent and hissing sounds over two secs . Observed three times)
    2. Charging percentage is showing incorrect numbers sometimes (not too much of deviation . A difference of 10 Percent)
    3. A slight lag in the start of videos when you watch on laptop
    4. Stem press doesn't work sometimes. I am pressing it too hard and it makes me feel that I m going to break the stem.
    5. Audio ID feature has a bug said:

    Please solve these issues over OTA ASAP

    By the way, sound quality is awesome on these buds. ANC is also working quite well. Battery backup is also decent.

    I have been doing some extensive testing in preparation for a review. These buds don't seem to work well with most devices < BT 5.2. I have tried Samsung, Huawei, LG, and Apple mobile devices. So far, the only device that performed well was the iPhone XR running BT 5.0. All the rest of them experience really low audio volume. I have also tried it on multiple windows 10 devices running various BT versions < 5.2 and they all have the same low audio volume problem. I have put in for a replacement on the off-chance that it is a device issue, but I really don't think that is the problem since the iPhone XR works great. I called into the support line and explained my situation. They were actually kind of rude to me and made it sound like I was crazy for expecting them to work well on anything other than BT 5.2, or anything other than a OnePlus device. This is not a good look at all for OnePlus. If it really is "expected" that the quality will degrade to this degree with versions older than 5.2, they really should make that known. I have a pair of OnePlus Buds Z in my ears right now and these things work great with ANYTHING. I would have hoped for the new product(triple the cost) would work at least as well. Very disappointed so far. VERY..

    hello I have such knowledge. Several times when the headphones are connected, a window will appear stating that the headphones are connected, but I have Oneplus buds for matte black and I will see white on the screen. sometimes it works properly but several times I see a white convert. Please correct.

    Can I charge the case with warp charger brick that came with my oneplus 7t ?

    The cable that came in the box with buds, is a slow charging cable !

    Also how can I update firmware for the OnePlus buds z ?
