Amazon Alexa App not running properly under Oxygen OS 12 C.38 Jan 1, 2022 via OnePlus 9 Pro

    Hello all together And happy new year!
    Though being quite satisfied with the stable C.38 EU release I have noticed that the current Amazon Alexa App is not starting properly. Other apps from Amazon like the shopping app itself, Amazon Music, Video....are doing well.Do you have the same conflicts?

    Have the same issue on EU C38. Can't make it run. I have reported the issue.
    I can however make it work on NA C40 (clean install). Not sure why. But it just works there.
    Have tried various things but it does not seem to help.

    I have the same issue. Updated to android 12 and OxygenOS12 on 1/20. Amazon Alexa will not open. Tried reinstalling several times; no luck Have C40 update; waiting on C44.

    I updated to C44 today and Alexa still wont open. Tried clearing data and reinstalling still no go.

    Don't hold your breath for c44, upgraded yesterday, and still no joy. My guess is that this is a European licencing fault that's slipped under the radar, hence why c40 worked

    Is this an issue with the alexa app or with oxygenos 12? app is working on my oxygenos 11 phone.
