Both apps work (and have been working) for me on an OP6 running 10.3.4 OOS. Did you try the usual, like clearing the cache/storage for both apps, then restarting the phone. Also check the permissions.

exactly, it seems that I'll have to wait for the 10.3.4 otherwise I'll have to update twice

No, I'm trying to say your issue is not related to an OOS version. Maybe refer to my first reply/post.

Maybe your bandwidth is too limited to allow streaming. Or your carrier doesn't allow it, but if it's working on wifi network, I doubt it's a device problem.

Sounds like your Mobile provider has a restriction of some sort in place for those apps. Maybe contact them and find out if they have more information on the issue.

I'm using vodafone and it was working superfine 2 days back,I don't understand the need for them to restrict it,coz they have a combo plan in which they are giving free subscription to prime video

I checked with fast.com it said my speed to be 17 Mbps then I don't think it should be a bandwith issue

If it works on WiFi, and other Apps work fine, then it's not OOS issue, have you checked within both apps own settings that it allows to stream over both WiFi and Mobile Network.

If they are then it won't be an app issue either. Definitely be a Mobile Data issue from the provider. Maybe they have inadvertently restricted something with some update on their network
