Artemus , Nov 28, 2021 : Clear the data and cache of the Amazon app and reboot. See if that helps any.

Artemus , Nov 28, 2021 : Weird... it's working perfectly fine on my end. Could be a problem with the app, maybe? Try reinstalling it, see if that makes any difference. "... on our end" sounds like it's a server issue rather than the phone itself.
MagicMarvel , via OnePlus 7 , Dec 2, 2021 : I have similar problem. In my case for every first time of launch Amazon app opens as a blank white space. After closing & relaunching it work normally. Still its very annoying. One plus please look into it.
