Alpha_hunter , via OnePlus 8 Pro , Jun 27, 2021 : Since getting my new oneplus 8 pro a few weeks ago I've had intermittent issues with the Amazon shopping app where the pages suddenly wouldn't load and go blank screen which has now become a constant issue which I now cannot fix. I've tried all possible combination of obvious fixes including force stopping/ uninstalling/reinstalling app and either clearing app data/storage before and after and/or also restarting phone in between. Also tried reverting android webviewer to previous version as read that could cause some issues but still no fix. I'm now left with an Amazon app that does not work which is really annoying. Amazon app error message = 'uh oh something went wrong our end' Please can oneplus community recommend a fix for this and confirm if this is known problem which other users have reported. Also just to note I really do not wat to hard reset my phone as surely there must be another fix. No problems with any other of the apps. Thanks!
