Amazon prime not playing in HD via OnePlus 8 Pro

    Widevine L1 downgraded to L3 after recent update.. can't watch Netflix or amazon prime in neither HD or HDR... Oneplus messing up something in every update..now i am really worried should i do future update or not.We are paying premium for this??...

    I hv attached the screenshots..there is no hardware acceleration also present

    Hey buddy go to the nearest service center they will install a patch on your device wont even take 2 minutes for the process..i had faced the same problem and got it solved by visiting the service center

    I live in a remote area..the service centre is like 250-300km away...so its difficult for me...now i m regretting that i bought a oneplus device.. should hv gone fr a samsung one... can't watch Netflix or prime..my subscriptions are wasted...if this is the solution then i m speechless

    I hv posted several logs about the issue bt everytime they reply the same message kindly give a log etc...i dnt knw wht to do.. either i m incapable of showing wts wrong with my phone or they just don't care....this kind of solution nvr expected frm a brand such like oneplus..i m really disappointed

    They don't do a thing bro...just same msg get a log *#800# etc... that's it..i got 5 replies frm thm each one is same... don't know wht to do....its really frustrating
