"Blind spot warning" has to be the best tech release of the decade because of safety. Although my car doesn't have it I feel better driving next to someone that does (especially while my kids are in the car).

Smartphones and Raspberry pi for me
They both have replaced a lot of devices for me.

Hopefully will set up a Raspberry pi for emulators and Retro Gaming on the TV soon :D

I respectfully disagree with this list. Some of which shouldn't even be qualify. Smart phone isn't a thing until iphone 4? Did you miss the long lines to get the iphone 3 and 3s? Here are some that should be on the top 10.
    1. Tesla model S & Model 3 along with their self driving tech, over the air update, and industry disrupting ev charging network.
    2. IPads, introduce a 3rd personal device to the market, revolutionized education, retail, and medical industry by accelerated going paperless for all industries.
    3. DJI fantom & mavic drones. Revolutionized personal aircraft industry. Literally forced governments to introduce new laws. Revolutionized photography & videography industry.

How about OnePlus makes their own music player app/software!! [e]1f44d[/e][e]1f44c[/e][e]1f525[/e]I don't mind using Google Play Music but honestly it lacks a few things, maybe OnePlus want to work on making their own music player, that would be awesome!!

Yup, Rasberry Pi is an amazing little beast...I would also agree with a few others that mentioned the evolution of battery design and portable power. What it's done for phones, bikes, cars etc. is absolutely mind boggling.

PS: Oh yeah, I couldn't survive without Uber, Via and Lyft

This may be the best way to get from point A to B between trains and busses. It is quite expensive but it goes fast for a 19 22 mile distance. No remote needed either! The onewheel makes it enjoyable to ride to work.

I know this isn't a physical or tangible advancement but the way social media platforms have connected people across the planet is one of the most interesting. I still remember Facebook with the wall and YouTube before Google. Now there hundreds of ways to communicate and interact across the globe. it's a result of all of the aforementioned products but I think they've all their greatest effect on improving how connected we are.
