Mukarramas , via OnePlus 7T , May 29, 2020 : I have OnePlus 7T and I face an issue with Ambeint notification, after my personal investigations I found this issue only happened with WhatsApp and WhatsApp Business since beginning of Android Q till the latest officual OnePlus Oxygen 10.0.11.HD65AA. Otherwise, I tried the beta version for my phone 7T and I did not faced this issue it's working perfect, each notification came shown the content of message on ambient display from both WhatsApp not only name of app and count of unread messages as you can see in attachments.
Mukarramas , via OnePlus 7T , May 30, 2020 : no my friend, it's wrong what you said about disabling this option of sensitive notifications, it will not showing any content of messages.
