I know that I might sound like the politically correct one of the group, but if you do this, you are violating the terms and conditions of Nintendo's software.

I know that locked down software is not ideal, but Nintendo, although uses an open-source OS (FreeBSD), this OS lets them have a closed software license, and they hold on to it tight. And they have legal rights to do so.

I don't say I'm for this, but I just want to rise awareness to anyone that comes across this comment: you could be infringing some copyright laws in your country, and your Switch could be either bricked or kicked out of the official online services and the eShop.

Although, most people will get by this pirating games (yet another copyright law infringement).

I just call you to be cautious and know what you're doing, to not believe you're covered legally if you do any of this, because believe me, you might confuse "I'm morally righted to" with "yep this is legal".

I mostly say this for the European crowd, since it is where I live and understand the functioning of the law system, but *most* of it could be applied worldwide.

And yes I know that games, specially Nintendo's are expensive, but is it worth the risk?
