Try HAVOC OS 3.0 rom based on android 10. Its completely stable. None of the rom can be completely bug free. havoc os provides regular updates for bug fixing and adding upon some features. Good for daily drive. It also includes OOS camera which is pretty good.

Well, I respectfully have to disagree with Naga Rajan when he said "It's completely stable". That is actually not entirely true. Don't get me wrong, I believe the Havoc-OS roms are the absolute best for our 3t phones. I have been running their Android 9 roms for a long time now, and in my experience, there's just none better! That being said, development on the Android 10 version just started a very short time ago, and the devs have not had the chance to make it the stable, reliable, and fully functional rom that it will become in the near future. For example, even with the new rom released today, the Recents still don't work, there is no way to use a custom launcher of your choice, even GAPPS doesn't have a stable release yet.

I will say this..... if you are willing to put up with some inconviences, by all means, use the great Havoc-OS 3 roms! They are the best of the lot, without a doubt. Just be aware they are not stable, as of this time. Here is a link to their rom repository:

    https://sourceforge.net/projects/havoc-os/files/oneplus3/

The version 2.9 roms are Android 9, and the version 3.0 roms are Android 10.

    Just one man's opinion....... :)

Yes, there are minor bugs. Does that mean you can't use it as a daily driver? The only person who can answer that is you.

That rom works for both the OnePlus 3 and the OnePlus 3T. No, it doesn't have any bugs or problems with networking or wifi that I have heard about. Not a dumb question at all !

Also, if you are going to flash the Havoc-OS v3.0 rom for Android, I highly recommend using this version of Gapps, it's the only one that has had very good success. Link below:

Can Havoc be flashed with the phone encrypted, or do I have to wipe including internal storage? Also, does Havoc 3.0 or any other 3T Android 10 ROM have Face Unlock as part of it currently? The Oxygen OS face unlock is so good it is stopping me from moving from Android 9 to 10 at the moment.

To go from one major version of Android to the next major version of Android, regardless of custom rom used, a clean flash is always required, on the 3T. So, to answer your question directly, yes, it will need to be wiped, and if not done already, Data will need to be formatted to ext4 file system.
As to Face Unlock, there is no custom Q rom that has that functionality, as of yet. It will happen, but as of today, none have it, that I am aware of.

You are right that clean flash is normally required to put on other ROMs, but you don't normally have to wipe internal storage to achieve this. At the moment with the 3T and custom ROMs, you do. Thanks for your reply though.

For 1+3/3T, anything higher than Nougat is not that good actually.
Those ROMs higher than N come always with something, at least less battery live...or I would say..especially on the battery stamina category.

The higher you go, the less battery stamina you would get.
After playing around a bit I decided to stay with Oreo.
Oreo is like the middle ground. Battery is still decent but not as old as Nougat.
P is newest but the battery stamina is quite horrible for my liking. Flashed Lineage 16 and stock Oxygen 9.0.5 ROM...after only a few weeks..I decided to go back to Lineage 15.1.
N has the best battery stamina but..I have to admit..this is quite old.
I tried several custom ROMs already and this is my conclusion.

I am a bit sad, my 1+3 is still good actually but it starts to show it's age especially from ROM point of view.
