Can you tell us what more did you do, so we dont have to tell you things that you already made?

For the Camera try the following.

Open Camera App info, click 3 dot menu, select uninstall updates if available.

Then do the following to reinstall the latest stock updated OnePlus 6 Series camera app.

Update your camera to the latest stock 6 series version.

And Download and install OnePlus Camera Service

    For slowness, try these steps.

First, update your OnePlus Launcher from the Playstore to the latest version. Then clear the OnePlus Launcher App info Cache.

Then Try to Optimize the phone, clear your recent apps, also set 3rd party apps to Optimize in Settings Battery, only leave the ones you need run in the background or to notify you such as messages, email, Google Services, OnePlus etc on Intelligent control.

Android may take a few days to optimize those apps after setting them to Optimize depending on your usage of those apps. A10 has its own learning curve.

Give it a week or so to get used to optimize usage patterns.

After a few days, Check App battery stats at about 50% and see if there are particular apps using more resources than necessary causing the phone to slow.

See if any or all of the above help.
