I've given this a try and found the following including fixes for some:

    As mentioned in this thread:
    * Keyboard is covering input fields
This happens when you hide the navigation bar. It's very wonky in combination with keyboards. unhide the navigation bar to fix this
    * Chrome refuses to sync but any other Google app does
I've managed to fix this by manually giving Chrome all required permissions in app settings.

Things I've noticed but not seen in this thread:
    * Advanced reboot works 50% of the time, the other 50% it shows a very legacy power menu and crashes SystemUI
    * Android Auto immediately crashes when attempting to connect to my car
    logcat: https://hastebin.com/vusesuloto.rb
    * Dark tone breaks the Settings app, a lot of UI becomes unreadable (for example enabling File Transfer for USB and margins are broken)
    * Magisk doesn't work. Magisk Manager doesn't see it installed after a boot image patch
    * Dolby Atmos equalizer (including the one from Razer APK) doesn't work and crashes.
    * Notification drawer is beyond buggy, mainly expanding notifications and scrolling between a few
    * Battery life is very very poor. I notice 22-44% of CPU usage is com.android.bluetooth. The system_server and kernel use less!

Other than that, everything has been somewhat usable.

Why Oneplus does not make it the way Google do? After installing beta program once the stable version is released so we can install it over beta version, without doing wipe and data stuff what we do for complete new installation.

Oneplus has separate release channels at the bigger part of the phone life time.
It's not inteended to jump back and forward between stable and betas. And if a beta path is ended they can offer a loss free upgrade to stable.
Many brands has betas as a test phase before a stable relese. Here it is a continued path.
DPs should not be used unless you have special reasons or are a developer.
Closed betas are for a few selected users.
Open betas can be used for everyone.
Stable should be used for those that find stability to be of main concern. If a wipe is a problem a beta version is clearly not for that user.
