This UI is terrible. It needs to go back to the stock Android feel. Don't copy from Samsung, especially the Note app. Don't copy, ok? I'm disappointed.

This build has a lot of bugs

    1. Dark mode has issues. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Then need to manually turn it on.
    2. Keyboard overlaps with whatsapp typing space. So not able to view whats written untill the keyboard is minimised. This happens only in whatsapp.
    3. Default home launcher doesn't retain the selection. And resets itself. I use nova launcher.
    4. Amazefit app doesn't launch.
    5. When the phone is restarted the boot animation is buggy and sometimes hang in between.

I use one plus 8 pro. While flashing this build, no data was erased. However it is recommended to take a back up for safety.

I ll update more on this.

Very upsetting how One Plus 7 Pro is ignored as if it's a mid range device. Paying for One plus flagships have become so bad now, they obsolete the device within 3 months , how about release same updates for all devices like iphones? It's not that tough you know :)

1- Haven't had any issues with dark mode yet.
2- Yeah, a temporary solution is enabling bottom bar (Don't hide it) and everything will work fine.
3- I use stock launcher, so i can't confirm that.
4- Reported bug on OP.... Some third party apps won't work as expected
5- Yeah, can confirm. It's a little bit glitchy when is finishing to load.

Being a Developer Preview it's acceptable for daily use (if you have at least a little bit of knowledge working with Betas or DPs). The only huge and considerable issue that i've encountered is the battery life, this build is really bad with battery drain.

I guess you were watching it very close to the display. We reduce the refresh rate of AOD to save battery consumption.
