Exactly, Samsung's One UI looks better now rather than this copied OS. OnePlus should've sticked with older UI design, I understand the one hand usability and all, but nobody wanted a close to stock android experience to be ruined with a copied One UI.

Yup I sure did. I just posted about it too. It's not working right the AOD I mean. Guess we have a system bug....

You will get it around December time, the stable version isn't releasing for the 8 until October time, you no longer have the latest model so like those with the 6 series did you will have to wait.

Yepp. It's solved. Netflix is deliberately unsupported due to being uncertified in play store. So the stub installer is not upgradeable. I bet it's certified when open beta and stable arrives.

Got it thanks. Lets see if that was the problem. AOD just turned on, lets see if it stays on....

Stick to what made you here today, it's the community that made you people. You need to take the feedback of community seriously instead of giving explanation of your mistakes.
Doesn't it looks serious when the whole tech world is going gaga over OnePlus for ditching stock UI experience?? You were known for close to stock android UI, but now you want to change it in the name of innovation. I understand the one hand usability and all, but you just can't take away core Oxygen OS feel that easily for one hand usability.

I and millions of Oxygen OS fans hope that you reconsider the UI, at least in the major parts of UI.
If only.... OnePlus really listens to their users.

If oneplus go for this ui then definitely i go for Samsung next time. No custom chargers etc. Few quid more and Hi end screen, SD card, better almost not rounded edges, not compromised camera. I've been watching oneplus for last couple years and everything what I liked is not here anymore. Bloatwared, rounded screen, no SD, no mini jack, custom not faster charger, hi price, heavy Samsung UI.

Well if I wanted Samsung OS I would have bought a Samsung. It's completely clear that OP is now a knock off of Samsung One UI. That's not why I bought my OP 8 Pro. We still have a month or so before the final version, so I guess anything could change. But if this is what the final is going to look and feel like, then I'll sell my OP 8 Pro and get a Pixel 5.
