Android 11 on OnePlus 7 pro not working on Tmobile version.

    I'm having the an issue with the T-Mobile version of the oneplus 7 pro. I updated to android 11 and it's laggy, apps don't work it says google play doesn't recognize them due to not being on a stable internet. It says there was error during the download of the app. When I was on Android 11 everything worked fine. And the data is still on my phone. Some settings were changed by themselves, I was logged out of apps and scrolling is laggy. Is there a legit way to downgrade to android 10? And how do I backup my data so I don't lose anything??

    Idk what that means. I'm new to this. I downloaded the update from my phone's system update. I think that's called OTA but I'm not sure. How do I switch back to Android 10? Without using unsafe sites? And how I do I fully backup my phone?

    What version are you currently on? 11.0.0.2 or 11.0.1.0 or whatever T-Mo called it?

    I'd be curious to know the number of third party apps you've installed especially games, social media and utilities. With few exceptions the issues mentioned are always linked to apps rather than the update. There were thousands who reported issues with Android 10 for the 5T, but I've had ZERO problems since I don't use those sort of apps
