Yes - same here. Bluetooth crashes and requires phone reboot. Typically fails a few mins again.

I have a OnePlus 3 upgarded yesterday to Android O. In my case bluetooth "works" but:
    1. Bluetooth instability : regular interruptions of music of 0.2 sec or so...
    2. Via bluetooth : max sound level lower than before.
I need to use the touch controls of the wireless headspeaker sony wh-1000xm2 to increase to max

Apparently, OnePlus are aware of the issue and the ROM team are working on it now. Just had a live chat with them.
They will make an announcement when they appear to have a fix for it. Wouldn't hold your breath...

Same issues as well. Bluetooth just cuts out after a second or so. It might reconnect... Or it might not. Depends on the device. Worked fine before the "upgrade".

Just had an email from OnePlus after sending them some logs. (after following some poorly written and incorrect instructions...) Apparently, they want my phone in for repair ?! Hahaha, nope, not happening!

They have a HUGE bug in their update. That they seemingly do not want to fix themselves.

I have factory restored my phone, twice, and it now seems to be working fine. *touch wood*

I would suggest, unfortunately, to factory restore your phones and start from scratch. I manually backed up my files, photos, videos etc. Then wiped and restored.

    Good luck!

I will wait for the 8.1 update, if it does not solve the issue I will reset the phone. However, the other day I changed something in dev options about Bluetooth... I did not have the issue again...

Glad you seem to have sorted the issue. BUT, the majority of users should NOT have to mess with settings/options in Developer Options to fix issues OnePlus have created.

Same issue in my OP5 since updating to Oreo.
I can link my phone to my car by bluetooth, but it doesn't reconnect automatically.
I totally refuse to restart or downgrade the phone. OP should fix that ASAP.

    Update of my situation :

    Op3 A3003_16_171227
... Changing the audio codec didn't solve the issue... I received an update yesterday with the security patch of December... Looks like the issue is gone... As expected

    OnePlus 5
After Oreo update, bluetooth keeps disconnecting every 5 secondes while playing music in the car
Downgrade to nougat, everything works fine
I wish there will be a fix soon
I think it's related to AVRCP. (Version 1.3 in Nougat, 1.4 in Oreo)
