    try it on other pc without installing anything. if it still the same, then there is some problem with the OS itself.

    no. if it's a issue, first you should confirm with the other users, perform a hard reset (backup data first) if it's isn't an issue, check it on other system then at last roll back. even after roll back it still behaves the same, there could be some fault with the usb port of phone itself.

    hey i fixed the issue n unlocked the bootloader n installed TWRP but wen m booting to twrp recovery it juz opens only the boot screen. Does it take long time from bootscreen to twrp recovery? if not how much time does it take.

    i know what TWRP looks like but its stuck on boot screen recoovery isnt opening nor the twrp nor normal recovery

    After CM-13 upgrade on my OnePlusOne File Transfer is not working.
    -What's happening?
    I would select File Transfer and my device becomes visible in my PC but all folders in my device A110 are empty. I can send in but can't take out.

    Fast Scrolled Type is not switching to Horizontal despite selecting it.

    Reboot doesn't help.

    every rom has it's own bootloader and TWRP recovery depends upon the bootloader. if I myself had an opo, I'd have experimented with it and would've gave you the solution. the COS13 has just rolled out, which itself is bricking the devices. I haven't seen any guide yet for root/xposed stuff on COS13. if I give you some links, or do a teamviewer session with you and if anything bad happens, you'll accuse me for bricking your device (which I can repair though) and ask me for money.
