You're right. It's not there. There is a QC8998 branch for Android 8.1. That would likely be the 5 and 5T that have been updated to 8.1. Nothing newer.

Cool, just wondering, will we have to flash it like a custom rom, or will it be like with the pixel 2 and get an OTA update

Erm, @mods please remove posts by OP5T pesants who're begging for P update.
Btw, where are OP6 sources, they're not on github. They'll be updated later today?

Woah it's TugaPower! I'd hope it at least shows up today since they said the sources were released.

That was fast! Good job guys. It's great to see that you let the Developers give more life for the future of the software updates on OnePlus devices. Cheers!

is it true??? did it really work on OnePlus 5. tell me please. i want android p on my oneplus 5 badly. just the thing is i dont have service centre nearby so that if by anychance my phone gets bricked, i can rush to it and fix it. that's why taking this risk without confirmation would be very costly for me..
please tell in details did it really work on OnePlus 5.?

OMFG. You are dense. What was my last statement?

Why not flash the Android P for the Pixel on your OP5? Is it a Pixel? NO! Will a Pixel ROM work? No. Is your OP5 a OP6? NO.

Now please stop with the off-topic and totally brain-dead bullshit. Read any part of this thread and you'll see that YOUR PHONE DOES NOT SUPPORT TREBLE. The developer preview is not an Android P version of OOS. It's the developer preview of stock Android. It's the same ROM as you'd get on the pixel because it's for TREBLE based devices, NOT yours.
