With the development of Android P going so early, will the final stable version be available simultaneously with Google's official release or will the team take some time to implement OxygenOS specific features and then release after some time as it always use to happen?

Awesome, after xda’s first impressions it seems like this beta is a lot more stable and has a lot of features from OOS included this time.

I think it might be ready for a test run.

    Thanks for the hard work.
(Also this makes me really hopeful for a day one release of p after google)

Seeing how they were able to port most of their features in only 2 weeks I’m guessing it’ll be very close to googles.

Interesting enough, in a android engineers Q&A they actually mentioned that they are hoping and planning for a simultaneous release of p for a handful of oems devices.
(If all goes according to plan)

How long does the boot take after wiping? I'm on about 5 minutes now......

Edit: Nevermind, I forgot to do the "erase everything" wipe. All good now :D

Lol as always I can't refuse to feed my ORD...
So jumped in to DP2 to see what it does.
On my normal sequence of setting up a device full clean the 1st actions contain enabling dev mode and advanced reboot just for the confenience in advance :)
The option is selectable in dev mode, but when pressing power button, long press reboot works for safe boot, just clicking reboot instant reboots the op6, no popup for other reboot options at all. The
Maybe I'm missing some other option that I don't know about, but for me reboot to recovery, can't seem to find it.
