Name me an OEM who isn't more focused on their newer models.

    Says who exactly?

    Maybe it's not ready?

Sorry I'm not as familiar with the breakdown of the OOS devoloper team as you are, but it does seem a little peculiar.

    Again who says they aren't?

if they weren't going to update the 3/3T then they shouldn't have come out with multiple announcements saying they were.

those on the 3/3T simply want what was promised to them and david's comment is a bad look for the company.

The next update will be a security patch update based on Android O, then Android Pie.

Sooo... May there about then? I don't see the point of a security update unless to delay.

I wonder how something can be delayed if no date is given?

Maybe if you read the thread this wouldn't get posted on every page.

That's lynching talk around these parts.

Ehhh, not this specific one though I think. This one is from this morning (my time GMT+1) and is more an explanation of his previous post.

I'm not sure the English is that great, c.f: tune instead of tone, maybe something was lost in translation

I replied to: "I don't see the point of a security update unless to delay." where obviously the Pie update is meant.

Maybe you should look at the time it was originally posted by David. It wasn't mentioned "on every page". You are not the smartest.
And yes, i read the thread.

The last security update was from November (4 months late) ... They are damn well late and releasing a security update ispointless if you ask me. Just build the pie and be done with it. Tomorrow LinageOS 16 is gonna be built again for the device, cause it failed today. If it is successful I'm telling Oneplus up theirs...

Again: "I don't see the point of a security update unless to delay." This clearly implies you meant the Pie update, hence my reply.

    It's as easy as that.
