Problem is nobody knows what build is now in the wild is it one somebody has released from the Closef Beta group or another source, such as a disgruntled OP employee etc.

Strange it's passing CTS as I thought that was a major issue with releasing an open beta build.

I think OnePlus planned it like this only CTS > Closed Beta > Open Beta > Stable, which is fine as automated testing mostly takes precedence on Manual due to less resources required.
As CTS was not passing they could not start closed beta.

As far as disgruntled employee they will do no harm in releasing a closed build.
Hell I think @David.Y released the build to change the question "Where's the build" to"Where's the link".

This happened to me a while ago, after doing a hard reset, I solved it by removing the cache and Google Play data.
