Is this intended as a question? What there is, is the community beta build.

Honestly, it's these sort of posts that make this forum hard to particpate in. No doubt you used the Community app to post your "whinge". Drop forum access from the community app IMO - it just leads to poor contributions and useless inputs which derail every thread and every section unnecassarily.

To this poster, have you installed the Community Beta? If you so "desperately" need the newest version, then you should have already jumped onto the community beta. Which I am sure you already know about because you would of taken the time to review the various threads on this forum carefully. Or not.

Off topic - search next for either a thread here that offers help, or outside in the big Google world, if you can't find help then open a new thread.

Which gesture? If you mean some of the new ones in Pie that have come to other phones, then looks like they aren't going to be available for 3/3T.

Well, hate to break news but you have no choice... unless you've got a spare heavily modified DeLorean DMC-12 in your garage...

If you missed it there, you can download community beta - look for the currently pinned thread for the details.

Kind of like finding someone's put tomato ketchup on your blackcurrant pie while you weren't looking...?

The reason seems to be, due to phones have capacitive buttons aka hardware buttons. Same reason given for why 5 did not get.

If you really really want, then seems you can enable - dig up details elsewhere and probably requires root access.

Yes. Im still very happy about the pie update though. Wishes I guess.
I'm currently using the navigation gestures by xda developers. Does not equire root access. Gets the job done. :)

Great, download the Community beta now then.

That's what a beta is for, identifying issues.
