Try READING the release thread, for the build you're running. If they're no help the battery threads should be your next stop, oh and try uninstalling updates to play services.

Thanks for reply. I've been through the release thread and battery thread lots of people having same issue but nobody seems to have found a solution. Do you know how I uninstall updates for play services?

Settings>apps>Google play services>3 dot menu at top left>uninstall updates.

Hi! I'm posting this on here, cause for some reason I can't start a new thread. I'm having trouble updating to Pie. Every time I click on the update, it'll download, restart the phone, and then say "installation not complete". I've even tried unlocking bootloader and flashing the update, but it can't even open the file I'm trying to flash. I bought the phone used off Swappa about a year back...Could the previous owner have done something to it? Also, does anyone have any suggestions about how I can successfully update to Pie? Thanks and sorry for not starting a new thread!

There's no need to start a new thread, any of the pie threads would be appropriate, are you downloading the full ROM zip for your build? If not visit OnePlus downloads and download it from there,

I did, but when I try to copy it to my phone's storage, it says there's not enough space on the OnePlus Drivers. I don't know what this means as I've only used up 33% of my total storage on my phone (which is 64GB).

I'm not sure I get you, why not download it directly to your phone?

Tried it. The update package processes, the phone reboots, it attempts to update, but then it says "Installation failed".

Don't suppose you've got an unlocked bootloader?
