Looking at the previous postings it looks as if it might be working again now... why not give it another try?

If it really has been 'fixed' I would have expected some sort of announcement or official confirmation from OnePlus that this is indeed the case... unless of course they have, and I have missed it somehow!

I have just had a quick look at the app page in the Google Play Store and see that this particular one was updated a couple of days ago (on 15 August 2016) but don't really know if that could have made any difference at all

My android pay started working again today. There was an Android pay update so no issues here on 3.2.4.
Be sure to clear your cache from recovery after all OS updates just in case

I believe a Android Pay update made it work again.

There is no need to reinstall the app - it seems like it was a server side fix by Google.

3.2.5 had issues to start with but resolved after Google certification . Not sure about 3.2.7

not so i ran the app before and after trying to use android app! on the one plus 3 it passed both times....
i have seen a thread that states in beta 4.1.1 the android pay works, why we have to wait nearly 6-7 months for a fix i don't know. plus i was told to stop using the app by the people whom make it. we will have to wait and see. for me the app works fine everywhere but tfl.... make of that what you will.

using tasker to open android pay then clear the App cache not system cache!
and then back to the app then use within 5 seconds .. it works 90% of the time.
