did I read it wrong or does flashing from stable pie to q indeed erase data !?
earlier versions used to wipe data only on leaving the preview/beta program right ?

and just to clarify, I read this post very clearly. it's just I want to reconfirm. :)

So the Tmo version can't install this? I don't have a Gear icon in my System Updates page...

No. T-Mo has its own firmware.

I wonder about those of us that have used the tool to convert to international firmware? We've been able to receive OTA's with the conversion.

If you're on the global OOS ROM I'm sure you'll be able to flash this. Gotta mention that.

    Thank you for the heads-up

Please report back, really curious to know how it runs on a device with more RAM.

About the new gestures, I believe it's related to the animations. Also: there's a bar at the bottom that's really close to the iPhone one, but thinner

Runs decently, but had a couple times where it outright freezes on me, and there's some glitches when navigating around. Doesn't seem to be slower, and when it runs well it's good, pretty smooth and all.

However I would say it's probably not daily driver material, since it's pretty rough around the edges - padding issues, features broken, no OOS features, etc. Basically pure AOSP, so would not recommend to flash it on a daily driver.

I just installed the beta and set-up my fingerprint with pin and after the reboot the pin is incorrect. I'm 100% sure it is the right pin!
