Do not do it. This is an unstable Developers preview. A lot of features are not working. If you had to ask your question it means that you are probably not a competent and experienced user, developer or custom ROM flasher, as per post #1 of this thread.

Loads... because some people on here are too stupid and thick to be able to use the search feature or read through a thread. There are quite a few that, in spite of Manu J.'s post #1, have learnt that they are not in actual fact, competent, experienced, custom ROM flashers or developers. Instead, they are like Gollum in The Lord of the Rings...

... and then when they have got it... they want to go back to Android Pie. Since all the answers are now in this thread... we can take a back seat now old son. :D

I always tought that Beta treads are full of users who can barely read and don't understand the process of making a software..and than OnePlus do this..

My God, if only someone would drop a bomb here!

Alright, so I have used it for about a full work day now. For me, it's usable. No annoying crashes so far, some small workarounds are needed, only Bluetooth audio and device speakers work, but for the most part it works pretty stable.

Now it's true that it's sometimes annoying, especially the fingerprint scanner not working at all, but good enough to not bother about going back to Pie.
