    Hi OnePlus Team,

I have never tried to install any such ROM.

Can you please confirm my below queries:
    1. I have heard that by installing external ROM, phone maker company never claim's that this is their phone and they won't be able to help me. Is this true?

    2. Will I be able to roll back to the original version of OS again if something happended wrong.

I have read many blogs stating that never do that If you don't have prior experience, but if will not try for the first time then I will never be able to do that.

DONT DO THIS! its a developer preview not even close to a BETA version. This is not the version you want to use to learn about beta/rom install.
It is made for app developers to get a early test if there APPS will work on Android 10 once it comes out in September!

I am not worried about that, I am just worried that if anything happens wrong then will my phone warranty will be over or not and to get back to the original phone OS, OnePlus service center will help me or not.

Yes you can restore to pie, just read the first post. (Answer question 2).
You don't lose warranty if you install this developer preview or any other ROM (Answer question 1)

But still don't do this, wait for DP3, experience tells that it is pretty stable by then. I have experience, but not even thinking about putting this one on my phone for now.
