My phone just froze and is refusing to force shut down. I've tried pressing every button combination for various amounts of time and nothing. any ideas?
edit: nevermind, after 15 minutes it finally rebooted

for some reason the rollback image if downloaded with phone turns into a .zip.jar file. i downloaded it again with a computer and it then stayed as a .zip file and now the rollback works

For some reason when downloaded, the file was renamed to *.zip.jar, you have to rename it to *.zip, then local update will find it.

Well, it happened to me and the way i fixed it was by typing the password or anything multiple time. it takes times but it will shows that 10 trys are left and then it reset and you will need to setup again

Hi guys, I see no one else has written a solution to rollback to android p. The issue was that the phone could not open the .jar file its been uploaded as on this site. To get around this, download the file onto a computer which will download as a zip file which you could transfer onto the phone via a USB.
    Cheers
