    Hello,
You have to put the file at the root of the phone and then you go to the local upgrade and it will appear.

It's in the description. If you can't figure it out from there then you should not have installed this.

I have the file in the root folder. It doesn't detect it.

I bet it's hard going through life surrounded by idiots. Does it get boring being the smartest person on the internet?

Don't bother, he's not going to help you. He might make fun of you, possibly disparage you. But you'll get no assistance from him.

Yet in the post directly above this I did offer assistance. Need to read back a bit.

That would be ideal. But since I can only afford one phone (Dang kids eating up all my money wanting their own OnePlus phones...have 3 now) I'll just have to try it and roll back if it sucks. But if I could live with the very first release of Android 7 beta back on the Nexus 6 for over a month I'm sure I can get by with this.

Seriously what help could you possibly need fella? Instructions say words to effect of 'don't flash the build unless you are confident with custom roms and can get yourself out of issues'. You flashed -didn't like - now ask how to go back to P! Read the first post it has the roll back package. Don't call out others for your inability to read in the first place.

It started out pretty laggy and a lot of crashes, because of the auto-update of the launcher.

After preventing the launcher from updating through the Play Store, pretty much everything works fine, apart from all display settings and OnePlus gestures.
