Just a quick Q: is DP2 based on DP1 with updates and fixes or a later mainline Android Q Beta, perhaps with final APIs?

Oh no, did someone say DEVELOPER PREVIEW?

If you don't know how to fix your stuff, don't flash DEVELOPER PREVIEWS

Press Power and Vol Up simultaneously, your phone should power up again.

There's a reason why this build is called developer Preview, you can't expect a stable build to use as daily driver!

Of course I know how to flash it properly and it worked, well the launcher crashed every second, but after I turned the phone off it didn't boot again... Seems like the same issue Pixel phones have with the Q beta.
