This is only for developers. Don't do this if you have little to none experince with flashing Roms!

Once again, it isn't an upgrade! It's a developer built that isn't finished completely, it's meant to offer an possibly to developers to adapt their apps to Q. Or for experienced user who want to take a look at the upcoming version of Android.

So you won't get it automatically. And if you use for phone as daily driver, it isn't recommended to install it manually at all!

the instructions were very specific. If you don't know how to fix it from where you are, then you should not have installed it in the first place.

obviously, other people have installed it and it's working just fine. So, it's not the update. You were instructed not to install it if you didn't know what you were doing

obviously you do not know what you're doing. Otherwise, you wouldn't have any issues. What do you do when you can't access recovery?

If you somehow toast recovery, you have to be prepared to use fastboot to get in and fix it

looks like if you update the default launcher, it goes into a continuous crash loop. I've disabled the auto update on that app currently, and rolled back to the OnePlus launcher that came with this build.

Can confirm, this ROM is unusable. I got it to run a while by changing launcher, but it still ended up in a bootloop on rebooting a few times. The gestures wont work...cant use recent apps after trying to switch to gestures and back. Had to use msm to get it back running as it hoses fastboot too.

you can install a different launcher from the play store, or otherwise, go to apps section and uninstall updates for the launcher app. post that, go ahead and disable auto updates on play store.

Finally devices recovered with unbrick tool.
those who havent yet reboot and not stuck in boot screen enable usb debugging and oem unlock button so in case you are stuck can flash recovery and other commands from fastboot.

Can confirm device gets into bootloop after a few restarts.Wanted to try it considering that 90hz problem was not listed anymore, but the fluidity of the device doesn't seem at all like using 90 hz.

    if it's showing android logo
connect to pc and type command "adb reboot fastboot"
in fastboot power off phone and start unbrick tool available (search for it if you don't know)

if unable to use adb command press hold power on + volume up and down simultaneously when you feel vibration leave power button and connect USB to pc and start unbrick tool.
