I have downloaded the android q DP3 several times and everytime I try to install via local upgrade I keep getting this error message.

    what am I doing wrong!?
I have also tried to download the same file using Oxygen updater app but at the end of the download the file fails verification constantly.

hello guys. I have been trying to install Android Q DP3 for more than a week now but unsuccessfully.
I have tried several ways of downloading the Upgrade zip file (via website site and via Oxygen upfater) but they all fail (see screenshots)
I am actually running the Open beta 16.

    what am I doing wrong?

The problem is, you have to be on the stable branch before you can get on the Q DP. Dunno why you didn't post this in the main Q thread like you're supposed to...

I'm sorry for posting in the wrong thread but I could not find the appropriate thread.

thank you anyway although I was under the impression I could upgrade from the Open beta as well, according to the info/tutorial I was following

Ever since OP6/T has received Q Beta on the same time as OP7/Pro, I was kinda hoping that the final version would likewise be released for these devices at the same time. But we've been waiting very long for DP4, makes me think that we'll get the final Q a few months after the 7/Pro ;(

I tried both Preview 2 and 3, and I think stable Pie is running so much better. I don't really care anymore if we get the Q whenever we get it. Preview 2 is ok, but some apps are causing crashes and preview 3 is ok, but cause crashes if I keep the data on.

I am going to enjoy Pie as long as stable or better Preview release comes out.

One Plus is selling phone in USA, but failed to test Preview 3 data connection using AT&T or Verizon network, so if they are testing for better build, take as long as they want.

Pie Stable 15 is as good as it gets...

I've given Q a really good go but honestly I feel that it's got a long way to go before being really stable.

That being said I've decided to roll back to Pie but I'm having an issue, when I download the rollback package it isn't showing up in my downloads, any one have any idea what I need to do?

I have enabled hidden files and I can see that it has definitely been stored in the phone from the amount of storage left. I have tried the file manager and third party apps but cannot seem to locate it anywhere
