Not if you use TWRP. Not sure if a local upgrade will work from there. I never use local upgrade.

No, English thread won't be out until Tuesday the 3rd. This is what that Reddit screen capture was all about. But, as I said all along, this build would be found on the servers either yesterday or today.

The build date is from the 27th (you see it in the file name.) I'm sure they've been building nightly builds since then, but this is based on Google's DP6 and our Open Beta. They can't skip this step in the development process. As I've said before our stable build will be found on the Chinese servers Sept 27th/28th and based on Google's Sept 3rd final build (which I'm sure OP already has and are building on it.) This also lines up with the OP7T/7TPro/OP TV launch and the official announcement of the build will be Sept 30/Oct 1 to make it look like Android 10 was exclusive to those devices for a couple of days when they weren't

I copied the file in both the .OTA folder and the root of storage, and it's not finding it when I try a manual upgrade.

You're not seeing it because it's for 7 normal...not pro
