    My mobile continously shows the notification "App updates are ready Connect to WiFi".
    How can I remove that?

    I think u should turn off the " auto update apps over wifi " option in the playstore settings menu .

    Then try clicking on that option "use mobile data " ! If anything needs to be updated , it will be done !

    I tried that option it gets stuck in "Preparing for setup ".
    Nothing happens after that. I also tried rebooting my phone, clearing cache but that didn't work as well.

    Now the only way left is to block that notification ! Long press on that notification until a prompt appears with an option " stop notifications" . Click on that !

    it shall disappear temporarily once you restart with WiFi enabled, cellular data should be off. It won't work with cellular data. Facing similar issue, haven't found any solution so far.

    I also face the problem after update to pie in my one plus 6.Then i do all the things that are posted in this post but it not gone.Finally then i reboot the phone and it is gone permanently and never shown.So i think that it will also work on one plus 6t.But it may not be since it is a different version...
