    You're not. OnePlus ended all major software support for the OP2 quite awhile ago. Your best bet is to head over to XDA and find yourself a nice custom ROM.

    We won't get an official update, but still I think it's quite sad that a 2 year old device is not supported anymore and the company leaves us with OS full of problems and bugs...it's just pathetic.

    The 2 years support limit is fully fine IF it ended with a stable good working OS. One big problem is that users just crappost here in this forum instead of using the support - and bug report forums.

    You said it perfectly right. 2 years of support is OK if it ends with a stable OS.
    And you are right that it's a big problem that users crappost.
    But my personal experience with feedback and bug reports is awful. I reported several bugs (some are even easy to reproduce. So it should be easy to locate the bug. ) and gave a general feedback of problems that occur all the time and bugs that appear often. I gave the feedback in OOS version 3.5.1. And till now none of the bugs I reported have been fixed. In every update they released they said something like "general bug fixes and improvements". It just feels like the feedback gets ignored. I mean what's the point of reporting the bugs and problems if they won't be fixed anyways.

    So I can understand the the crapposting users are frustrated...

    Don't get me wrong. I do not crappost and I do not encourage crapposting. I just know where it's coming from.
